I requested a check on the premises to determine if the creaking noise was emanating from the roof. Cesar aided me in inspecting the roof, however, he honestly admitted that he isn't certain whether that would reduce the noise or not. As a solution, he recommended the installation of the missing component as a preventive measure against water leakage. I assert that he is both professional and obliging when it comes to problems with roofs.

Ethic Roofing, headed by Ceasar and his son, visited to assess the need for roof repairs that involved replacing shingles and vent boots, and to provide an estimate for an additional rolled roof section. The main roof was repaired promptly and at a fair cost. They are yet to provide a separate estimate for the rolled roof section and will only perform the work once weather permits. I appreciate that Ceasar personally inspected the roof, took pictures of the necessary repairs, and commenced the work without delay. Based on my experience, I would recommend Ethic Roofing.
