Generally, I've prioritized a healthy lifestyle. Recently, I've explored Beach Body and consulted multiple online nutrition and wellness trainers. These programs led to weight loss, but unfortunately, I eventually gained it back. This year, I decided to change my habits and focused on structured workouts with an at-home trainer. After trying other trainers with no success, I contacted Jack. Not only was he responsive and affordable, but he was also punctual and attentive during our sessions. He provided his own equipment, which made the process seamless. After three weeks of training with Jack, I feel stronger, more energized, and focused at work, despite the pandemic's challenges. I encourage others to consider at-home personal training and recommend Jack as a professional and safe option.
