Esther demonstrated exceptional understanding towards our dogs and made sure to cater to all their requirements. Along with her husband, she possesses a genuine sense of empathy towards animals. I particularly appreciated how she constantly shared photos and videos of the dogs, updating us on their wellbeing throughout the day.
