From the beginning of my request process to drop off, Elena proved to be exceptional! Aside from being highly responsive and accommodating to our requests, she also served as a fantastic tour guide during our trip. Her car was immaculately clean, she drove safely and expertly, and was unfailingly kind throughout. On top of everything else, she even took the time to drop off the bottles we bought back at our hotel after our final tasting, and even left us a bottle of champagne as a bonus! Without any hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse Elena - she will definitely be my go-to on my next trip!
