ESL STUDENTS:
Greetings! I am a New York City native and native English speaker with four years of study in linguistics, specializing in second language acquisition and applied linguistics. I hold the highest level of certification for teaching ESL, the Trinity CertTESOL, equivalent to CELTA, and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.

I have two years of teaching experience and utilize a communicative language approach, prioritizing conversation during the lesson. I use the engage-study-activate framework, which has shown to be effective and speed up the learning process. My goal is to make a positive difference in my students' lives and help them achieve their language goals.

I have experience teaching children and adults in both private lessons and public classrooms. I teach beginner, intermediate, and upper-intermediate levels in conversational English, business English and job interviews, academic English and college writing, English for travel and living abroad, English grammar, listening and reading skills, fluent pronunciation, and accent reduction.
