My fitness journey took off following a devastating ACL injury during my college rugby days. While I faced physical and mental challenges, this experience heightened my interest in movement mechanics and holistic care. Years later, as I navigated gender dysphoria, I became the trainer I am today - someone who celebrates positive body image, embraces gender inclusivity, and champions the best version of *you*.

My credentials include a Master's in Exercise Science, in addition to certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist, as well as a NASE Speed and Explosion Specialist. Additionally, I hold a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, USA Rugby L-200 Coach, and Social Emotional Learning Certification, plus nine years of coaching adults and youth in wellness.
