In a single session, Eric is tasked with performing two complete tunings on our piano that had not been tuned for several years and was recently relocated. We had an excellent experience with Eric. Our piano desperately needed some attention as it was terribly out of tune, but Eric took his time to meticulously tune and pitch it up to par. During the process, he even explained the reasons behind his actions, as well as providing us with an idea of what to expect in the future. Additionally, without being too forceful, he suggested that we consider other services, but left it up to us to schedule those if we were interested. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Eric's work and plan to use his services again. His service was definitely worthy of an A+.

Eric is both efficient and effective in his work. Although we initially experienced a minor issue when organizing our first meeting, it was not anyone's fault. Eric took the initiative to perform a pitch raise and rescheduled the fine tuning to rectify the situation. The result is a gorgeous sound emanating from the piano.
