For more than three decades, I have been working as a fitness expert. I possess more than twenty specialized certifications in fitness and have had the opportunity to work with clients across different levels. This includes college and high school athletes, individuals seeking general fitness, people looking to lose weight, and those in need of physical rehabilitation.

I understand that every client is unique and requires personalized education and motivation to attain their fitness objectives. My teaching methodology entails a combination of professionalism, patience, and an unrelenting passion for fitness. Witnessing my clients attain their desired fitness level is the most fulfilling aspect of my profession.

For the past 5 months, Eric has been my personal trainer and choosing him has been one of the best decisions I've made. Unlike previous trainers, Eric took the time to fully understand where my physical abilities were and what results I was hoping to achieve. He's always been available to answer any questions I've had and I truly enjoy the workout routines he's created for me. Managing a busy travel schedule for work can be tough, but Eric has been extremely accommodating. I appreciate how transparent he is with his pricing and there are no hidden costs or changes.
