I am a NSCA certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and an ISSN certified Sports Nutritionist. Additionally, I have been fully vaccinated for covid-19.

As for my background, I was once a slender individual who struggled to gain muscle mass. Despite experimenting with tips featured in publications and online, I was met with limited success. However, as soon as I delved into the scientific principles that govern training and nutrition, I experienced remarkable progress. I was able to add 30 pounds of muscle, participate in strength-based sports and assist others in leaving behind their slender lifestyles.
