The responsiveness of ER Pest was commendable as they completed the required work promptly. Their expertise was highly impressive and they proactively provided solutions for future protection. I strongly recommend their services.

Termite debris was found on the side of our home recently, resulting in four home inspections. We reviewed two local companies (First Termite and ER Pest & Termite), along with two larger corporations (Orkin and Terminix). After careful consideration, we selected ER Pest & Termite for the following reasons: 1) Thorough inspection - Inspector (owner) Ricardo examined all areas of the house, including discovering an exterior infestation on our patio cover that others missed. His termite expertise was exceptional, and he provided recommendations for non-termite related house care and maintenance. 2) Best value - ER Pest & Termite was cost-effective in comparison to other providers, yet offered the longest warranty. Despite only paying for a local treatment on the infected areas, we received a two-year warranty on the entire house. Meanwhile, competing companies charged extra for extended warranty and only covered the treated area. 3) Exceptional customer service - Ricardo demonstrated excellent punctuality for appointments and was prompt in returning calls. Additionally, he provided the treatment quote immediately following inspection. Conversely, the other providers required follow-up for the quote, even though they promised to send it within two days of inspection. Overall, we were highly impressed with ER Pest & Termite's commitment to resolving the issue and compassion in their approach. This was more than just a business transaction, as we felt they genuinely cared about assisting us.

Upon moving into our new abode, we were greeted by a few unwelcomed critters. Thankfully, ER Pest Control's exceptional customer service shone through, complete with a detailed rundown of the treatment process, prompt arrival and efficient extermination. Fast forward a couple of months and we haven't spotted a single bug (hooray!). Planning on having them come back for regular maintenance sprays in the future.

My questions were met with great responsiveness and patience by Ricardo. On the day of the spray, he was prompt and gave clear instructions on how to prepare beforehand and what to anticipate. I strongly endorse his services.
