The bathroom remodelling undertaken by the contractor was impressive as it not only made the space more secure, but also accommodated both my parents and myself. Initially, we were unsure of our design preferences, but the contractor collaborated with us to create a plan.
During the renovation, the contractor replaced the existing bathtub/shower with a more accessible shower that had a sit-down seat. In addition, they adorned the walls with beautiful tiles, installed a new shower floor, replaced the toilet with a model that was easier to use, relocated the wall between the shower and toilet for a more convenient access to the latter, replaced the lighting and vanity sink, installed wall cabinets above the toilet, and repainted the walls.
I appreciate how the contractor promptly responded to any concerns raised by my parents and willingly made changes to ensure their satisfaction. They even changed their initial plan if it didn't match their client's vision.
Moreover, when a worker inadvertently created a small hole in the wall, the contractor not only fixed it but also repainted the entire wall. They were also accessible and communicative throughout the project.
Overall, the contractor did an amazing job, and my parents are extremely happy with the beautiful bathroom renovation.
