Thanks to Walter and his amazing party bus, my 26th birthday turned out to be the best one yet! I had a lot of questions about the bus and Walter was always available to answer them. I highly recommend this party bus to anyone looking to have a great time with their friends. Our driver was excellent and understood exactly what we wanted to do. Walter is an exceptional example of how to deliver exceptional customer service. At the last minute, my group and I decided to celebrate a birthday. Fortunately, Walter's quote was reasonable and he responded promptly with all the information we needed. As a first-time booker, I was impressed with Walter's confidence and ease to work with. Our driver was accommodating and arrived early. Despite the absence of a fixed itinerary, he graciously accommodated our requests for multiple pickup and drop-off points. He was even patient when I had to change the first pick-up location due to delays caused by the birthday girl. Overall, it was a delightful experience with Walter and his team. Chandy was excellent; he arrived on time to pick us up, and we contacted him when we were ready to depart. The limo was exceptionally clean and stocked with ample water, which was a great feature after a night of partying. Walter was exceptional in handling our booking, addressing any concerns I had and instilling confidence in me. He assured me the limo would arrive on time, and it did. I'm a naturally anxious person, and I tend to worry about 'what ifs;' however, booking with them left me at ease. Walter was always available to answer my questions, providing excellent customer service. I'll undoubtedly be returning to them for future events.
