My name is Peter and I am a mobile massage therapist who specializes in neuromuscular massage for non-pharmaceutical pain management. While I have always been commended on my ability to locate and work out knots, formal education allowed me to better understand how specific muscles affect seemingly unrelated parts of the body.
Outside of traditional massage practices, I also have experience with energy work and am certified as a level 1 Reiki practitioner. For clients who are sensitive to energy, I offer this service as a means of clearing any blockages. To encourage self-healing, I incorporate breathwork into my sessions.
While I keep my holistic and technical practices distinct as not everyone subscribes to energy theories, incorporating all aspects can create a relaxing and safe space for anyone.
