Good Guy Windows replaced 4 windows and a sliding door for us, and the installation was efficiently supervised by Rob who did an excellent job. The entire process, from removing the old windows to disposing of them and fitting the new ones, was done exceptionally well. Although we encountered a few issues caused by the window manufacturer, the company worked with us to resolve them and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Good Guy Windows to anyone in need of window replacement services.

Our new sliding glass door was installed by the Good Guys and we are very satisfied with their excellent work. They completed the task quickly, efficiently, and even cleaned up any sawdust mess left behind. Additionally, they disposed of the previous slider, which was a great advantage. Good Guy Windows provided exceptional value for their services and made the entire process as seamless as possible. We are in the midst of remodeling our home's windows and were given personalized quotes from the start which allowed us to budget accordingly. Our sales representative, Damien, was professional and straightforward, without resorting to negative tactics against competitors.
The installation team was efficient and courteous, taking extra care to protect our home by laying down tarps. Although we encountered a few minor delays, the Good Guy team listened to our concerns and ultimately delivered everything we asked for and more. As a smaller operation, they may not have all the bells and whistles of a larger company, but we are more than satisfied with their level of service and plan to continue using them for future phases of our renovation.
