In terms of timeliness, communication while I'm not able to be at my property, and attention to detail, Brian excels in all categories. He not only addressed the primary issue, but also recommended additional fixes that I was already aware of and managed to accommodate them into his schedule. I plan to continue using Encore's services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing and gutter work. Additionally, Brian's demeanor is incredibly affable and makes working with him a breeze.

Following recent snow and ice days in the DFW area, water began to leak onto the floor of my significant other's house. We promptly contacted Brian Kinnaman, owner of Encore Pro, to address the issue. Within an hour, Brian arrived at the premises and assessed the situation. He promptly identified the root cause of the problem and provided a free repair estimate, which we found quite reasonable. After hearing Brian's guarantee of his work, we agreed to Encore Pro's services. Brian swiftly procured the necessary materials and set to work fixing the roof. During his repairs, he also noticed and recommended that we address some gutter repairs, which we agreed to due to the minimal cost. We were very satisfied with Brian's work and highly recommend Encore Pro to anyone requiring home repairs.
