Kara Sinclair demonstrated exceptional engagement and took the time to genuinely understand the needs of the MOB, Bride, and Groom to ensure a beautiful day and evening. Although Kara was hired as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond her duties. During meetings with other vendors, she offered insightful questions and recommended vendors when necessary. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, Kara conducted four Zoom meetings and handled the rehearsal flawlessly. She has a pleasant personality, yet sticks to her principles when needed. Even when unplanned issues arose, she effectively navigated them with ease. Kara's design expertise was highly appreciated by the Bride and Groom, whose vision Kara implemented seamlessly. In a conversation with me, the Groom expressed their satisfaction with their special day. Several guests also approached me to inquire about the magnanimous figure behind the scene. Without any doubt, hiring Kara as your coordinator will be an excellent decision. She is a marvel of a woman, and you will be overjoyed that you did.

There's no one better than Kara! We enlisted her services just before the wedding, and it was the best decision we made.
