I recently underwent a breath work session with Christine, and it was truly incredible! I had no idea that I had become so disconnected from my body until I felt it reconnecting and sensed my eyes wanting to open. My body seemed to be alive and pulsating. The session was exceptional, and Christine's guidance made it feel as if it weren't virtual at all. I never felt alone during the process, and afterwards, I knew everything was going to be alright.
