My appraisal services include property listings, valuations for divorce, estates or date of death, Ygrene financing, immigration sponsorship, PMI removal, bankruptcy, as-is and as-repaired values to ensure the planned work will bring a return on investment. I also have vast courtroom experience as a forensic review appraiser for a large lender, and can provide expert testimony if required. For cash buyers, I can also assist with determining fair market value. I have a long history of doing this work, and highly encourage sellers to conduct pre-listing appraisals in order to price their home correctly and avoid longer list times. Recently, I have helped sellers obtain top dollar for their properties despite appraisal challenges.
