Throughout the entirety of our project, John proved to be one of the most versatile builders we've ever worked with, handling everything from engineering to on-the-spot design, and every single hands-on task with ease. Not only was it completed within the stipulated time and budget, but they also managed to work on my guest toilet by fitting a new vanity, mirror and light fixture. I was highly impressed with John's approach of seeing through the entire project before moving on to the next client. My past experience with a different contractor was not as pleasant, as they juggled multiple projects at once, making excuses for delays. This was a frustrating setback as it dragged on for weeks beyond the initial timeframe quoted. However, John and his team exceeded my expectations by delivering a beautifully crafted kitchen, thanks to their in-house designer who captured and translated all my ideas into a cohesive and delightful masterpiece. It was a pleasure working with the team and I look forward to engaging them again for my master bathroom renovation. An absolutely fantastic experience!

John and his crew are skilled, diligent, and a pleasure to have working in your space. I hired him to install a vanity in my master bathroom and during our initial phone conversation, he estimated that the job would take about half a day. However, upon arriving and personally assessing the situation, he discovered that the pipes required reconfiguring to fit the new cabinet I had purchased. Although this took longer than anticipated, John managed to get everything working as intended. Although I was satisfied with the work he did, I did feel compelled to dock one star on account of some areas where he could have exercised more attention to detail. His hourly rate was slightly higher than other bids I had received, so for the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of work. The hardware he installed on my cabinets, for instance, was not level, and even though he was willing to revisit the job and make adjustments, the results still weren't perfect. There were some other details that John overlooked as well, such as not matching the texture of the wall on the parts of the drywall he had repaired. Although I didn't mention this specific issue to him, I am confident that he would have been happy to fix it if I had brought it up. All in all, John did a decent job, and I think that if he's made aware of any specific concerns from the outset, he'll deliver.
