As of September 2022, my schedule for evening classes is completely booked, but I am available for daytime classes from Monday to Thursday. With over 30 years of experience, I am a seasoned language instructor who specializes in teaching online through Zoom. I am located in the central time zone and hold degrees in Spanish, Italian, and French, as well as an MA in Linguistics. In addition to advanced studies in Italy, I have utilized my Spanish in various work settings.
Since 2008, I have been teaching Italian at La Causerie language institute and have also taught adult ed classes at a local community college and the city. As a former teaching assistant in the Italian, Spanish, and Linguistics departments at The University of North Texas, I hold an extensive collection of language resources and create customized lessons for my students.
As a self-described language nerd, I have a passion for foreign languages and teaching others. My love for teaching languages began in the 8th grade during my first Spanish class and led me to take every foreign language class possible while in college. It brings me great joy to assist others in their language learning journey.
