Initially, this project showed great potential as David provided a bid and carried out successful demolition of the bathroom. He further hired a plumber to install the tub and modify plumbing for the shower. However, there arose a glitch during tile installation as it was discovered that insufficient tiles were available, causing a delay of around 10 days. On June 4th, I enquired David about the completion deadline. He confirmed that it would be finished in time and also promised to stop by regularly. But, he failed to show up, leaving me to find a replacement at short notice before my mother's visit. Additionally, David's communication was poor, promising to visit on various occasions but failing to do so. To make matters worse, he didn't inform me of his inability to complete the job until last week despite me asking about the timeline earlier.

As someone who is meticulous about even the smallest details, I was understandably anxious when it came to selecting a contractor for my home project.
