My name is Emily and you can find my photography portfolio and contact information on emdeanphotography.com :) I am a portrait photographer based in sunny San Diego, California, and have a particular love for beach photoshoots. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families and have experience capturing small weddings, parties, engagements and elopements. My main passion is for narrative photography, which means I am less concerned with formal poses and more interested in guiding my subjects to capture the candid, in-between moments that might be overlooked by others. I excel at capturing candid, documentary-style photographs during events, especially in natural light settings. I also love shooting in-home sessions that showcase the beauty of everyday life. My photography emphasizes the unique beauty and brightness of each individual who steps in front of my camera. I believe that artistic, timeless photographs can be created in any context- from graduation portraits, to maternity photos, engaged couples, family portraits, self-love sessions, branding shoots, and small weddings or elopements. Please note that I do not offer newborn or cake smash photoshoots.
