Our experience with George, the technician from Emerald Tree and Shrub Care, was exceptional. He managed to impress us with his friendly and professional demeanor, making us feel as if we had known him for years. George's extensive knowledge about our trees and shrubs left us in awe. He conveyed the information so eloquently that we learnt things we never knew about them before. This company providing tree and herbicide/fungicide services is truly exceptional and responsive. I was concerned that my rose bushes would be destroyed by black spots and bugs, but after Emerald treated them a few times during the spring (and removed the scale on the hydrangeas), they are now thriving! Additionally, the ornamental crab apple that received pruning and thinning looks amazing. Overall, a splendid experience!

Emerald Tree Co. exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was reasonable, and their professional crew of three were both friendly and efficient, as well as well-equipped. The arborist demonstrated impressive knowledge of every tree, shrub, and plant on the property, including the invasive species that needed to be removed. In addition to blocking the sun, their proximity to the house made their removal a necessity. The entire operation was carried out with great care, with branches tied, cut, and lowered under control at all times. The crew immediately chipped all the material, and impressively, they were able to remove all the sawdust as well. The result is a sunnier, more open home with greater curb appeal, and I can breathe easier thanks to Emerald Tree Co.'s expertise.
