Emally's is a highly skilled company and Bill is a dependable, professional, and attentive contractor who readily addresses homeowner inquiries and concerns. Our extensive project comprised a full-scale renovation of a kitchen and bathroom, shifting heating systems from radiant to forced air, installing central air conditioning and new windows throughout, setting up storm and entry doors, forming a large dry-walled library area in the basement with recessed lighting and epoxy flooring (including built-in bookshelves), creating a washroom within the basement library and an outside storage closet, replacing all basement windows with glass block, constructing a spacious deck off the back porch and a privacy fence, broadening our parking area, and constructing a shed pad. The house was a 1920s bungalow, and the job was a difficult one, especially during the pandemic. Commencement was planned for April 2020, and late October was the projected finish date; however, the pandemic halted construction, and new jobs were not allowed in that month. Nevertheless, Emally's began the work as soon as permitted in June and managed to complete it by mid-November, despite difficulties finding supplies due to the pandemic. Bill was accommodating and collaborative throughout the process, particularly when it came to concerns about our unique and specific aesthetic requirements. We are thrilled with the finished product and grateful for Emally's fair pricing.
