When I finished high school, I was the archetypical skinny nerd at 5'9" and 135 pounds. Despite my efforts, I remained skinny-fat, a little heavier but without much muscle growth. Over time, I began to learn what truly works, and now, after more than two decades, I have gained quality weight, competed in powerlifting, and broken numerous national records. Furthermore, I have learned how to manipulate bodyweight as I please.
