The communication between the crew leader and company owner was consistently good. The crew leader handled their responsibilities with efficiency, professionalism, respect, and thoroughness. Their remarkable attention to detail resulted in a brief final punch list that was quickly resolved. Despite the 3200 square foot house needing a full paint of hardy board and stucco exterior, the job was impressively completed in only three days. We obtained many estimates before ultimately selecting Elkhorn, as we were seeking an honest and fair company. The owner's strong "integrity" vibe was a deciding factor, as they were transparent regarding pricing and did not attempt to push any unnecessary options. Elkhorn's pricing was in the middle of the three quotes. The entire experience with this company was exceptional, and we recommend them highly. Furthermore, we intend to use them for future interior painting projects.

When we contacted them again for some interior wall work, there was a minor scheduling issue. Our experience with Elk Horn Painting was excellent overall. Right from the start, they were informative, professional, and punctual. Their rates were reasonable and they used high-quality materials, ensuring that the work was completed on time.
While the majority of the work was very well done, there were some minor touch-ups and clean-up that required attention, and they were supposed to leave a home touch-up kit. It took them around 10 days to come back to our house, and communication was spotty during that time. However, they eventually took care of everything and were very gracious.
