Elite Rooter

I had a wonderful encounter with Elite Rooter. They promptly answered my urgent call and arrived at my house within a few hours. The flooded basement caused by a backed-up drain was fixed in no time. The cost was also very reasonable, and Robert, the plumber, was punctual, efficient, and tidied up the area promptly. I would definitely use their services again!

Elite Rooter deserves a heap of praise! When we encountered a plumbing crisis with our sewer on a Friday evening, they urgently arrived at 6pm to address the blockage. However, it turned out to be a more severe matter, leading them to return at 8am the next day to scan the line and take action. To our astonishment, by noon on Saturday, less than 18 hours after the emergency, we were back to normal thanks to their excavation and repair of our collapsed sewer pipe! Their conduct was elegant, and they laid out the next procedures to us in a clear way. We are deeply grateful to them!

Robert did an incredible job addressing my sluggish drainage issue, and taking the time to explain the process. Moreover, the cost of the job perfectly matched the initial estimate, devoid of any unexpected fees. Additionally, Robert arrived promptly and even texted me when he was en route. Overall, the work was exceptional!
