Our experience with John (and Elite) was exceptional from start to finish. Their level of responsiveness, clarity, helpfulness, and professionalism was exemplary. I contacted them to help my parents with their overdue roof replacement from a distance of about 600 miles away. The Elite team was accommodating, friendly, and worked seamlessly with three points of contact despite a few communication hiccups. We didn't feel like they were taking us for a ride or charging us excessively. We were confident about the quality of their work and service.
