In a span of almost 3 months, I have collaborated with Mark and the amount of progress I have experienced is unparalleled to anything I have witnessed before. He devotes his time in constructing a customized workout schedule and meal plan that caters to my bodily requirements and objectives. Despite having played soccer for 8 years in my youth, I was never able to develop as much leg muscles in that span as I am noticing within a mere 2 and a half months under his guidance. I successfully achieved my target of losing 20 pounds and furthermore, enhanced my strength and endurance, subsequently breaking my personal record for mile run time since I played soccer.
