The help I got from Steve and Elite Printer Service was exceptional in every aspect. Not only was Steve prompt, amicable and proficient, but he also demonstrated great resourcefulness when it transpired that I had been sent the wrong part by HP. Steve ingeniously improvised a solution using spare parts, resulting in a superior outcome than what the original setup would have achieved. (It's worth noting that I had purchased the part separately, and Steve was able to remedy the situation despite the setback.) Therefore, without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Steve to anyone in need of his services.

Steve is amazing - his patience and kindness truly stood out when he guided me through the setup process of my printer and laptop via FaceTime. Despite having already spent two frustrating hours on the phone with At&T, I had zero success. However, Steve was able to connect everything in less than an hour. I am extremely grateful for his time, patience and incredible expertise. Needless to say, he is now my top choice for all computer repairs.

With a wealth of experience, Steve is an exceptionally honest individual who swiftly resolved the issue at hand. To ensure everything was fine, I employed several B&W test sheets before I gave him a check. Despite this, he insisted on conducting a final test with a color sheet, which unfortunately marked the beginning of a downward spiral. Steve suggested that I should acquire a new printer and subsequently returned my check. Although he promised to locate another printer for me, I'm yet to hear from him. I pity him since conducting the final test wasn't mandatory for him.
