After our garage spring malfunctioned, I realized it was time to seek the expertise of a professional. AJ, a representative from Elite Garage, arrived at our doorstep to carry out the necessary repairs. He was punctual and friendly, taking the time to explain the process and provide a detailed breakdown of the cost, excluding tax, before beginning to work. In order to upgrade the quality of the internal system, AJ had to switch the tension spring. Despite the task taking approximately 1.5 hours, the repairs were noticeable as the garage door operation became much quieter, thanks to the change of the wheels in the track, external tension spring, and rod. I was amazed by the dramatic adjustment these components made. I'm definitely recommending Elite to my neighbors who may require an upgrade in case their builder grade springs go out.
