He does exceptionally well and charges very fair rates, plus he happens to be an extremely amiable young individual to collaborate with.

Initially, my interaction with Patrick was positive. However, there were some delays in fulfilling my requests for my yard. Additionally, there was a last-minute disagreement regarding the removal of tree shrubs - Patrick stated that I needed to specify that the tree "remains" needed to be removed. He then informed me that I would be charged additional fees beyond what we had previously agreed upon. On a more positive note, the other worker from Elite who assisted Patrick displayed a respectful attitude and did not complain about the small touch-ups that were missed. While there were some bumps in the road, I must acknowledge that Patrick did take care in removing some of the tree shrubs and leaves. Overall, they both did a good job with cutting, weeding, and edging my yard. Thank you, Miss T.
