The removal of my appliance went smoothly, however, I suspect they employ bait and switch tactics when it comes to pricing. Initially, they quoted me $65 for the service, which I agreed to. However, they later corrected themselves and claimed it would be $75. Upon arrival, they charged me $85, with the additional $10 supposedly being for tax, but I believe this to be a scam since taxes shouldn't be charged for a service. Although the service itself was satisfactory, it's best to expect to pay more than the quoted price or request a firm quote with no potential extras.
