The response time was impressive, and the old door was replaced with a prehung one. However, the requested peephole was not installed, and the paint job was subpar. In addition, the screws holding the lock plates do not seem to be properly anchored in the wall or wood. It appears that the old damaged frame inside the door was not removed for reasons unknown. It would be appreciated if a second opinion could be obtained to ensure that the work was completed satisfactorily. There was no contract, and the payment of $1300 was made through Venmo.

Our two-story pitched roof was painted by Luis and his crew splendidly. This task was not an easy one, and most local painting experts refused to do it. However, Luis, not only did an outstanding job, but we also encountered many challenges, mainly weather-related. He worked within the restrictions and the limited time frame given due to Portland's winter and rain. The result of their hard work is excellent!
