Hi, I'm Pete, a certified personal trainer who specializes in functional strength and conditioning training, joint pain management, sports performance, building muscle, weight management, and nutritional guidance. Having worked with clients aged 20-60+ years old since 2019, I operate out of two training studio locations in Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa.
I developed a passion for health and fitness over 12 years and, after going through my own transformational fitness journey, decided to help others do the same. I offer customized, one-on-one training sessions, as well as a 6-week private small group training class for beginners with limited space. Each client gets a unique, fully personalized program that is tailored to their specific individual needs and goals.
But my training goes beyond just counting reps and providing workouts. I take a holistic approach, educating my clients on mindset, nutrition, fitness, mobility, and recovery and how they are all interconnected to optimize health and enhance performance. With me, clients get the knowledge, tools, and techniques to transform their mind and body and live a happy and healthy lifestyle. Pete and his program are absolutely amazing! To provide some background, I am in my mid-20s and work a 40+ hour office job.
