Another company inspected our furnace and recommended multiple repairs without providing visual proof of the malfunctioning parts. Seeking a second opinion, we contacted Mico from Elevation. He arrived and demonstrated that all the allegedly faulty parts were actually functioning well, and only a new filter was necessary. Mico was honest and provided recommendations for the best type of filter to use. Unlike the prior company, he did not fabricate any issues with the furnace. Moving forward, I will choose Elevation for any future furnace-related concerns.

The guys were amazing! Despite it being the Christmas holiday, they came out on short notice to replace a toilet. Nico was incredibly courteous and skilled, and the job was completed promptly that same day. Without a doubt, we will contact them again for any future plumbing requirements.
