The team displayed exceptional manners and expertise; they promptly sought permission to enter my neighbor's premises to remove the small amount of tear off that had landed there. The job was executed proficiently, and the charges were fairly reasonable.

I genuinely valued the efforts of all the team members who worked diligently on every element of the project. Both the web and mobile applications facilitated communication with all the stakeholders and enabled me to keep track of the progress effortlessly.

UPDATE: After realizing they missed the appointment, they did reach out to provide an explanation that it had somehow been omitted from their schedule. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option to remove my rating, so I've raised it from a 1-star to a 3-star. Revised: Despite making arrangements to be available for an estimate, the company failed to show up at the agreed-upon time. I received no communication from them via phone, text, or email. However, they did contact me once they realized they had missed the appointment, citing an oversight on their schedule. Although I'm unable to remove my rating, I've since updated it to a 3-star review.

When the professional arrived to do some sanding and staining work on my deck, he mistakenly thought it required a complete rebuild. Despite his error, he conducted himself politely and recommended I seek assistance from another company. I was grateful for his honesty and willingness to suggest an alternative option.
