As a yoga practitioner with a purpose and a holistic nutrition expert trained in Ayurveda principles, my aim is to assist individuals in optimizing their lives for happiness. In India, I received training from skilled masters in yoga and meditation, and I am grateful to have the knowledge and opportunity to share it with anyone seeking to learn traditional yoga that can promote balance in mind, body, and spirit. I have been fortunate to work with diverse groups such as children's camps, senior homes, cancer societies, military personnel and their families, international summer camps, and those in need of post-surgery or mental health support. My conviction is that yoga has benefits and consciousness-raising power for everyone, leading towards a healthier, happier, and balanced lifestyle.
