for doing such a great job! I discovered Element Home Solutions on CrackerJack's website and engaged them to insulate my attic. The team was exceptionally professional and devoted to customer satisfaction. They walked me through the entire process, clearing out the old insulation with high-powered vacuums and replacing it with new R30 batt insulation. I was so impressed with the quality of work that I had them install a new air conditioner as well, which I didn't have before. Thank you to the team for their amazing work!

Element's responsiveness and efficiency in providing budgets, options, scheduling, and completing the work were impressive. However, the company needs to improve its installation process by ensuring that all materials are cleaned up after completion, reviewing all areas to ensure proper air distribution, and reminding the crew to be considerate of the fact that they are working in someone's home.

The furnace, AC and duct were all replaced and relocated to the attic. Mack was highly responsive to commercial needs, and took a proactive approach in pulling permits. Eduardo, the project manager, was a competent and straightforward professional. Marvin, the AC specialist, was also a nice and professional individual. The entire team of 7 worked well, quickly and with great attention to detail, and left the work area clean. I highly recommend this service. The HVAC now operates very quietly, and I am highly satisfied with the entire process.
