Elchosen came to my house to provide me with an estimate for installing a kitchenette and a stackable wash and dry system in my basement, which would include new pipes, drains, sink, and faucet. He demonstrated a great deal of expertise and took the time to explain the necessary work to me in detail. He thoroughly examined all the relevant aspects, including the existing water lines and drains. Elchosen provided me with the estimate on the spot, which was a great convenience. While inspecting the water pipes, he discovered a cracked fitting and offered to fix it immediately, after confirming that he had the correct part in his truck.
