I had a wonderful experience with Matt! He assisted me in prying open the entry to the attic so that we could access our furnace. After that, he expertly determined the source of the problem, provided a short-term solution, and taught me about the interworking of our furnace and air conditioning system. When it's time to upgrade, we will definitely be enlisting this team's services!

Yesterday, I used CrackerJack to reach out to Einstein regarding a wall heater issue reported by a tenant in my rental property. Surprisingly, Einstein handles the issue within a day and didn't charge any emergency fees. The service charge was reasonable and as quoted upfront. The technician conducted a thorough inspection and found no issues. Additionally, he ran numerous safety checks to double-check everything. He suggested replacing the old unit, but also mentioned that it was still in working condition. I deeply appreciate the promptness, affordability, and honesty displayed by Einstein during this whole process.

I highly recommend Max from Einstein to anyone in need. He is incredibly down to earth and showed tremendous patience while explaining the details to us. We enlisted him for air conditioning and furnace maintenance, and he performed the job with meticulous attention while offering valuable insights. Einstein AC was recruited for the task of replacing all the attic ducts. The work was completed to our satisfaction and in a prompt manner, which aided us during a scorching heat wave. Furthermore, they collaborated with us to install an additional vent in a bigger room that had always lacked adequate cooling. This somewhat enhanced the cooling system.
