The service provided was excellent. The technician exhibited great expertise and professionalism in repairing our HVAC system. The primary issue was a faulty gas valve which had to be replaced, requiring the technician to briefly leave and procure a replacement. Additionally, he expertly executed cleaning procedures on both of our furnaces. The price was a bit steep, though not unreasonably exorbitant.

At exactly 7 am, Chris and Steve arrived and immediately tackled two particularly difficult problems. In just three hours, they successfully resolved three issues. Their demeanor was pleasant, their work was efficient, and their conduct was professional. I will definitely enlist the services of EH Electric again should a need arise in the future.

On the hottest day of the year, my Central Air broke down. Fortunately, EH came to the rescue the very next day and quickly replaced the capacitor on a Friday. However, we continued experiencing issues with the unit stalling. I called them back over the weekend and they came back on Tuesday morning, installed a jumpstart kit for the compressor, and resolved the problem.
I was impressed by EH's responsiveness and efficiency in carrying enough parts to complete the job in one trip. I also appreciated that they did not charge me for the additional labor after missing the issue on their first service call. I highly recommend their services.
