Today, Ray visited my home to assist us with a roof inspection. He and his team did a phenomenal job and thoroughly explained each problem they discovered during the process. Prior to Ray's visit, I had obtained quotes from two other roofing companies. However, their services were unsatisfactory compared to Egama's. One company barely spent five minutes walking around my property before leaving while the other came and did not even bother to inspect anything. On the other hand, Ray and his team spent almost three hours (which was only for the free quote!) climbing up on my roof, taking measurements and pictures to accurately identify all the issues that required attention. Their pricing was also very reasonable! In contrast, the other companies did not even glance at my roof. Their attitude and services were subpar in comparison and I am willing to pay more for the quality work done by Egama. As English is not my first language, Ray was patient and took the time to explain the terms, pictures, and codes to me. Furthermore, he provided valuable advice, which I truly appreciated. It is evident that Ray and his team are passionate and professional, and I respect their work ethics.
