Recently, I have applied for an MBA program and now I am required to write a personal statement. However, as an international student, my writing skills are not up to par with local students, which is why I am in need of assistance. There are a few reasons why I am giving only a few stars. Firstly, during our initial conversation, she spoke at a rapid pace and then arranged a time to speak further. However, my time is also valuable and I expected her to be punctual. When she did call at the agreed time, she was driving and made excuses about being busy, which I found unprofessional.
Secondly, Susan quoted a price of $150 for a basic resume that would only include three job experiences. Although she lowered the price to $85, she still couldn't guarantee that it would be completed within an hour. Furthermore, she offered a template that I could easily find online. Her estimate on the website was also misleading since it was $60.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend her services.
