Luis and Edwardo promptly replied to my request for an estimate to prune my sizeable maple and smoke trees within an hour. Our house boasts a Chicago style lot, but the rain patterns in recent years have resulted in excessive tree growth on our neighbor's property. Due to the overhanging branches, which were encroaching on our power lines and crowding our property, we decided to prune them back. Furthermore, the previous owners had planted a tree close to the house, causing us considerable trouble, so we also wanted it removed. Enter Ed and his team, who we were extremely impressed with! Ed responded quicker than anyone else, giving us a same-day quote. He was able to reschedule for the following day and maintained good communication throughout the process. This is my initial experience with hiring someone to trim my trees. They visited last week for a project evaluation and presented a highly competitive estimate.
