Ed's Lock & Key provided prompt service even on the weekend, which was a delightful surprise since our need for repairs was not an emergency. Our request was to repair three locks, including one with an electronic keypad. They successfully repaired two locks right away and arranged a convenient time for us to fix the third one later in the week as they had to order a part. It was a great experience, and we felt relieved that our locks were finally repaired.
