Ed is an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional individual who exhibits punctuality. I encountered numerous plumbing issues during Ed's visit, but he was able to conduct a thorough assessment and promptly locate the source of the leak. Despite several others telling me that there was no bypass switch for connected water heaters, Ed was able to locate it and prevent a potentially hazardous situation.
