With over 30 years of performing and teaching experience, my broad musical and vocal knowledge distinguishes me from other voice teachers and coaches. My background includes classical voice training with extensive performance experience in opera and musical theater. Additionally, I gained proficiency in various rock, pop, jazz, folk, and country instruments during my formative years in the 60s. As a founding member of a renowned contemporary a cappella group, I explored the voice in all aspects for 17 years, thereby enhancing my vocal knowledge and diverse musical background.

My specialty is technique and performance, where I help students obtain consistency in their tone, develop a wider range, and gain more control using effective exercises. I also promote musicality and delivery, bringing out the best performance in students. Remote lessons via Skype/Facetime are available for those located further away.

As a newcomer to the music industry, I enrolled in CrackerJack's basic singing lessons. I underwent a comprehensive three-month course with Ed Cohn and completed around 15 classes. Starting with essential breathing exercises, Ed introduced me to beneficial vocal techniques that employed vowel sounds. Additionally, he coached me on ear training through the use of Solfège, all while urging me to invest in a keyboard to refine my tone and pitch capabilities. During the course, I also gained knowledge on reading musical notes, comprehending music scales, chords, and rhythm.
