Vilma arrived promptly and accompanied by an additional helper. Despite carrying their supplies up four flights of stairs, she had everything required for the job and had been very communicative the day prior. In just 2 hours, she had thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny and even went the extra mile to arrange some miscellaneous items I had lying around. Vilma tackled some tough spots, like kitchen grease and drain buildup, with ease. While I only needed a one-time cleaning this time around, I would not hesitate to hire her again.

A newborn joined our family a week ago, and we already have a 22-month-old son. Due to our hectic schedules, our home became disorganized in our view, and we felt embarrassed about it. We concluded that we needed professional assistance and Vilma exceeded our expectations! She is friendly, professional, and dedicated to her job. In addition, she did not judge us. Vilma carried out exceptional cleaning in our living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms, being practically sound with her organizational skills. Our home possesses not only a clean appearance, but it also smells fresh. As a mother of two, I am relieved (as my spouse is) of my burden. I now have the eagerness to shower and look forward to taking care of myself. In the future, we will require Vilma's service again, particularly when we list our house for sale in the coming summer. Rated 10/10!

The job done by Vilma was simply AMAZING. The state of my home was quite awful after a tenant moved out, leaving behind a dreadful mess. Although I was not around during the cleaning process, Vilma complied with my instructions and even shared photos and videos of the final outcome. I would unquestionably re-engage her services if required. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Vilma for any cleaning needs.
