For 2016, Galen prepared my irrigation system by taking it out of winterizing mode. He carefully inspected all the zones, made necessary adjustments to the sprinkler heads, and provided me with a thorough demonstration on the use of the control panel. Galen rapidly repaired a number of sprinkler heads and adeptly resolved a puncture in the line, despite the need to excavate. Even after the repair, the yard retained its impressive appearance. Moreover, he efficiently winterized my system, and it has functioned flawlessly since then.

In a timely manner, Galen identified my issue, remedied it, and ensured that my system was functioning properly prior to departing. The amount charged was reasonable in my opinion.

Mr. Penner arrived punctually, even arriving a bit early. I found him to be quite personable and it was a pleasant experience meeting him for the first time. He and his technician swiftly tested the backflow valve, activated the system, and inspected the sprinkler heads.

Just last month, I moved into a new house that had an irrigation system. I had never owned one before and had no idea about the system's condition. Galen tested the system and discovered that a pipe was pinched and punctured in one area, leading to water loss. He fixed the problem and also found out that one of the valves in another zone wasn't getting any power. After fixing it, he adjusted the timing settings at the controller. Galen even took the time to explain how the system works in great detail and answered all my questions. Now, everything is working perfectly. I plan on having him come back to prepare the system for winter. His services were definitely worth the cost, and I am very satisfied with the work he did.
